The Brief
The office had been through a fire. Everything needed to go walls, flooring, ceiling, fixtures. The brief wasn't to redecorate. It was to rebuild a fully functional national headquarters from scratch, in a space that had to be ready in 12 weeks. The organisation couldn't afford downtime. The team needed to be back in a working office fast, and done right.

Space that works first
Before anything was specified, we mapped how the team actually uses the office where meetings happen, where focus work happens, where visitors arrive. The layout was built around that, not around what looked good on a floor plan.

Rebuilt in 12 weeks
A tight timeline meant every decision had to be made early and stuck to. No last-minute changes. No chasing approvals mid-build. We locked the brief in week one and executed from there.

A space that reflects the organisation
Special Olympics Bharat does significant work. The office needed to feel like that considered, purposeful, and professional. Not corporate for the sake of it. Just right for the people working there.
The Result
1,200 square feet of fully rebuilt office space. Delivered in 12 weeks. No delays, no scope creep. A workspace the team moved back into and immediately felt at home in which, for a space that had to be rebuilt from nothing, is exactly what success looks like.
